Q. Hello, I have started using mederma for past 2 days on my face, on the stitch scars 3 times a day.I have noticed skin peeling on the applied area. Is this normal? Also I cannot wash the area after every application because the stitches are just removed. So is it ok to re-apply the cream over the previous application without washing? – Vaibhav

Applying Mederma Gel is very simple. You just have to make sure that you are applying Mederma Gel on a close wound. Massage Mederma Gel onto the middle of the scar and slowly spread it outwards. Rub it in small circular motions until it is absorbed by the skin.
